Terms & Conditions Apply ** US$1 is equal to 1 AXCL LUBES Loyalty Reward Point Disclaimer: Pictures shown here are just for illustrative purpose, it may change in actual and it doesn’t have any association or affiliation with the AXCL GULF FZC or AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program TERMS & CONDITION GENERAL AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program is a loyalty program operated by AXCL GULF FZC. As a member, you will earn Points when making qualifying purchases made at AXCL GULF FZC for its products. 1. AXCL GULF FZC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any or all of the AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program Membership Cards issued; refuse to award Points; withdraw Points; refuse the right to redeem Points collected for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases without prior notice. 2. By using your AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program Membership against any of the purchases made for the purpose of earning Points, you automatically provide acceptance of the Program along with its rules, terms, and conditions, which are subject to amendment from time to time. 3. Your membership of the Program can be revoked or refused if you are involved in any act of fraud, cheating with or without cause, and without notice. The membership can also be revoked if you are found to be involved in any sort of misuse of the AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program Membership Card of the Program. In this given scenario all your existing points on the AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program Membership Card shall also stand canceled and cannot be redeemed. 4. AXCL GULF FZC reserves the right to modify or close the Program or to change, cancel or withdraw any of the terms and conditions, without assigning any reason whatsoever at any point of time at its own discretion. It reserves the right to discontinue Program memberships – existing or new – temporarily or permanently for a period of time. It is your responsibility to carefully read, agree with and accept these terms and conditions. Your continuance as a member shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions applicable from time to time. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of the terms and conditions, we encourage you to surrender/withdraw your membership. 5. Benefits and offers made to you through the Program may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. AXCL GULF FZC will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations. 6. AXCL GULF FZC has the right to modify the manner in which Points are earned and redeemed, including the number of Points earned and the value of these points, and will endeavor to notify you of any changes in advance. 7. AXCL GULF FZC will not be liable for any unlawful or misuse of your AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program Membership Card or member ID, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your Membership Card/number is kept in a safe and secure location at all times. 8. Your aforesaid consent will continue in effect unless you withdraw the consent by notice in writing to AXCL GULF FZC. Withdrawal of consent may mean that certain services may no longer be provided to you, and also entitles AXCL GULF FZC to terminate your membership at its sole option. 9. When a member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities, or arrangements offered, the provision of such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements will be subject to the respective terms and conditions of the provider of said benefits, facilities, or arrangements. 10. AXLC GULF FZC shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination or change of, or to the Program or any of the facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to members, including, without limitation, Program withdrawal or the withdrawal or limiting of any such services, benefits or facilities. 11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country issuing the AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program Membership Card and any dispute may be referred to the courts of the respective country. 12. The terms and conditions as published here is subject to amendment, shall be final, binding, and supersede the terms and conditions herein and other information as provided in relation to the Program. MEMBERSHIP 1. The AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program Membership Card shall always remain the property of the AXCL GULF FZC. 2. The membership to the Program is free and the membership card doesn’t have any association with the organization except the AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program. 3. Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by you, as the authorized member. You may cancel your membership at any time by giving AXCL GULF FZC a written notice. 5. The Membership will be allotted purely at the discretion of the management and final decisions on all matters relating to the AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program shall rest with AXCL GULF FZC. 6. A member who has not transacted within a 6 (six) month period will be deemed by the Program as ‘Inactive’. No communications will be sent to members in Inactive Status. To avoid becoming an Inactive member, ensure that you have at least one transaction within a 6 (six) month period. Members in Inactive Status will be re-activated to Active Status as soon as they make their next transaction. 7. A member shall at all times hold only one valid AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program membership card in his/or organization name. If found otherwise, AXCL GULF FZC reserves the right to cancel all AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Program membership cards held by the Person/Organization in his/its name and the points accrued in such cards cannot be redeemed. POINTS EARNING 1. A purchase of US$ 1 is equal to 1 (One) AXCL LUBES® Loyalty Reward Point. 2. At the time of purchase, Points will be credited to your account automatically. 3. Your Points balance cannot be pooled with the Points balance of any other member at any point in time. POINTS REDEMPTION 1. All Points earned under this program are valid for 12 months. All unused Points over 2 (two) months of membership card expiry date will expire and shall not be available for redemption. 2. Points once redeemed against a purchase can in no event be re-credited. 3. Points earned will be available for redemption only after final settlement in terms of payment made against any purchases. 4. Each member is restricted to a maximum of only one gift even if they have achieved the highest tier (maximum reward points) in one calendar year. Fox example, achieving 3,000,000 or more reward points will still be eligible for only one Lexus LX 570.

13. To maintain eligibility for loyalty benefits, customers must exclusively purchase products branded or produced by AXCL GULF FZC. This applies regardless of whether the products or brand are owned by AXCL GULF FZC or it is a third-party brand.
